A new brand and website for a turf company customers were sceptical of.

A brand people trust and an easy path to a quote for a Phoenix turf installer.

Desert Grass and Greens installs artificial grass, putting greens and pavers across the Phoenix area. We built the brand, the website and the quote journey that had to win over customers who doubted artificial turf in the first place.

01The problem

Landscaping in the desert comes with baggage.

High water bills, constant maintenance and environmental worries push homeowners and businesses toward artificial turf — but plenty of them doubt it will look good or last. Desert Grass and Greens was up against three things at once: a name that blended into a crowded landscaping market, customers who were sceptical of the product, and an online presence that made it hard to get in touch or book.

The goal we set.

A brand people would recognise and trust, and a customer journey that made asking for a quote easy. That meant a cohesive identity, a website with clear services, strong visuals and a simple quote request, and a digital presence that did the credibility work before anyone picked up the phone.

What we did.

  1. Researched competitors, industry trends and customer pain points. Customers cared about eco-friendly options, low maintenance and how the finished space looked.
  2. Built the brand: a cactus-motif logo, League Spartan and Hind Madurai type, and a palette of Turf Green, Infill Green and Sunflower Yellow.
  3. Designed and built the website around before-and-after transformations, with an intuitive quote request and service pages optimised for search.
  4. Tested and refined the layout, the copy and the calls to action, tightening navigation and the path to a quote.
  5. Extended the identity across business cards, uniforms, signage and social media templates.

What’s next.

A full booking system in place of the quote form, so scheduling runs itself; a savings calculator to show the cost difference over time; and more video for social.
