Google Ads

Google Ads management is building and running paid search campaigns so your business appears when someone searches for what you do — and making sure those clicks turn into enquiries. We treat the ad, the landing page and the conversion tracking as one job.

The outcome people actually want: ad spend you can tie to booked work.

01Why people call

Paying for clicks is easy. Paying for customers is harder.

A lot of ad accounts are set up once and left running: broad keywords, one generic landing page, and conversion tracking that counts page views as leads. The spend goes out every month and nobody can say what it brought in.

  • You can't say how many enquiries last month's spend produced.
  • Every ad sends people to your homepage.
  • You're paying for searches that have nothing to do with what you sell.
  • Nobody has looked inside the account in months.
02What's included

What you get, in order.

An account audit

Where the money is going, which searches trigger your ads, and whether conversions are being counted correctly.

Tracking reviewed first

Calls, forms and bookings checked, with recommendations to fix tracking so decisions rest on real enquiries.

Campaign strategy and setup

Keyword and audience research, tightly grouped campaigns, and landing-page recommendations that match what each ad promises.

Ongoing management and reporting

Search-term clean-up, bid and budget changes, and a plain-English report on what the spend produced.

03Who it's for

Who this is for.

Local and regional service businesses whose customers search when they're ready to buy — home services, clinics, professional firms, automotive.

It's a poor fit if nobody searches for what you sell yet. Paid search captures demand; it doesn't create it.

04Engagement shape

What makes it bigger or smaller.

Smaller

  • One service area
  • A few core services
  • Tracking already in place
  • Existing landing pages

Bigger

  • Several locations or regions
  • Many services
  • Tracking to rebuild
  • New landing pages needed

No numbers here — we'll put one in writing after we've seen it.

05Process

Before, during, and after.

BEFORE

Audit and tracking, one to two weeks

We audit the account, review conversion tracking and agree what counts as a lead. No big spend changes until the numbers can be trusted.

DURING

Rebuild and launch

Campaigns restructured around how your customers actually search, with landing-page recommendations to match.

AFTER

Optimise monthly

Regular search-term checks and a monthly review of cost per enquiry, with every change explained in plain English.

06Google Ads questions

What people ask about Google Ads.

How much should we spend on Google Ads?

Enough to get meaningful data in your market, which depends on how competitive your searches are. We'll look at your market and suggest a starting budget before you commit, separate from our fee.

How quickly will we see results?

Ads can bring in traffic the day they launch. Knowing which campaigns produce good enquiries takes a few weeks of data, and most of the improvement comes over the first few months.

Do we need new landing pages?

Often, yes. Sending every ad to the homepage wastes money. We'll recommend what each page needs; the design itself can come through a creative engagement or your own team.

Do we own the ad account?

Always. The account, the data and the billing are yours. We work inside it with your permission.

Is this part of a creative engagement?

No. Paid Advertising is its own managed service, and you can have it with or without anything else from us. A creative engagement can supply ad creative and landing pages alongside it.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee clicks, leads or revenue from paid ads. We commit to managing the account carefully, measuring what matters, and explaining every change.
